1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Plastorium (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Plastorium measures how AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI describe and recommend a business, scores that visibility, and provides reports and recommendations to improve it. The Service includes:

• A free preview scan of a website's AI visibility.
• Detailed assessment reports and before/after comparisons.
• Optional ongoing monitoring and optimization engagements.

3. Results are estimates, not guarantees

AI assistants are third-party systems that change frequently and produce non-deterministic answers. Scores, rankings, and recommendations are informed estimates based on measurements taken at a point in time. We do not control these AI platforms and cannot guarantee any specific ranking, recommendation, traffic, or revenue outcome. Sample reports use fictional businesses and illustrative figures.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to analyze sites you are not authorized to assess.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access.
• Resell or redistribute reports as your own without permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or deceptive purpose.

5. Intellectual property and your data

Plastorium and its content, software, and report formats are owned by Plastorium and protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use reports we deliver to you for your own business purposes.

You retain ownership of the website data and business information you submit. Our handling of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

6. Fees and payment

Preview scans are free. Paid reports and engagements are billed at the prices quoted at the time of purchase. Prices are starting points and vary by niche, number of locations, and competition. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has been delivered.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party AI platforms and tools. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and their availability or behavior may change without notice. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of third parties.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plastorium will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
