What is an AI query pack?
A pack of 25 prompts. Each pack covers your brand, top services, and local-intent queries (e.g., "best [service] in [city]") tested across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview — refreshed monthly. You can add packs for more services, cities, or competitor comparisons.
What is included in each plan?
Each plan defines scope (locations, competitor sets, query packs), cadence, deliverables (monthly scorecard + prioritized fix backlog), and response SLA. Add-ons let you scale capacity without renegotiating your base plan.
Can we add more locations or query packs later?
Yes. Add-ons are available for extra locations, competitor sets, and query packs (+25 prompts per pack). Refresh frequency can also be upgraded from monthly to bi-weekly or weekly.
Who implements the fixes?
Default is done-with-you: your team implements, we prioritize and verify. Done-for-you implementation is available as an add-on (fixed scope sprints).
What happens if we cancel?
Your work stays portable. We provide an export pack: dashboard snapshot, fix backlog (all items, including completed), and your decision log for the subscription period.
