## Canonical domain
- Preferred:
- Use the canonical URL shown on each page; avoid alternate hosts and tracking
parameters.
- `?lang=` is a real canonical on the language-aware routes (`/how-it-works`,
`/case-studies`, `/faq`, `/book`, and each individual case study under
`/case-studies/`) — cite `?lang=ru` for their Russian versions. Elsewhere it
only switches interface strings; cite the bare URL.

Optimization) service that measures and improves how AI assistants describe
and recommend a business.

## What AIReady does
AIReady runs a consistent set of buyer-style prompts across major AI assistants,
measures how often and how prominently a brand is named, scores that visibility,
and turns the findings into a prioritized action plan. Engagements re-measure
month over month so progress is provable rather than guesswork.
The service includes:
- A free preview scan of a website's AI visibility.
- Detailed assessment reports and before/after comparisons.
- Optional ongoing monitoring and optimization engagements.
Results are informed estimates, not guarantees: AI assistants are third-party
systems that change frequently and produce non-deterministic answers.

Plastorium's mission: make AI visibility transparent, measurable, and
improvable for every brand.
### How it works —
The measurement methodology, capabilities, and the monthly engagement that gets
a brand named first.
### Measurement methodology —
The measurement contract behind every published figure. Defines the metric
vocabulary — AI Visibility (mention rate), Recommendation Rate, Share of Voice,
Citation Rate, Citation Share, Source-Type Share, Brand-Accuracy Rate — with the
denominator and the inference each one does NOT license. Sets the sampling unit
(one prompt x one provider x one answering mode x one market), the frozen prompt
panel, repeated runs, and the relevance/failure rules that fix the denominator.
States how uncertainty is handled: an observed min-max range is not a confidence
interval; repeats of the same prompt are correlated rather than independent
Bernoulli trials, so a naive 1/sqrt(N) interval understates uncertainty;
intervals come from a cluster bootstrap that resamples whole prompts, and
period-over-period differences are bootstrapped on paired per-prompt
differences. Lists the comparability conditions two figures must share, and the
limits: the method does not establish why a brand was chosen, does not observe
model internals, does not attribute revenue, does not generalise across
categories, and cannot isolate a treatment effect in a live market.
### Editorial and evidence policy —
Who produces and reviews Plastorium research, and the standard a claim must meet
before publication. Sets evidence tiers (first-party measurement, first-party
exploratory analysis, cited external source, practitioner judgement, and
unsourceable market statistics, which are not published) and how each may be
written. Rules for causal language: association is written as association; a
displayed citation is evidence, not a mechanism; provider behaviour is described
per provider and per mode; no guaranteed rankings, mentions, citations, traffic,
leads, or revenue — only the agreed deliverables, reporting cadence, and
remeasurement. Covers client anonymity and what case studies disclose versus
withhold, the corrections process, and where AI assists in producing the site
(drafting, code, bulk processing; never figures, quotations, or citations).

- Why one AI visibility scan is not enough:
— A single AI visibility scan captures one answer at one moment; AI answers
vary by prompt, engine, location, sources, and timing. One scan is a useful
first signal, but a measurement window (repeated scans across a set of buyer
prompts) is what reveals stability, prompt coverage, the broader competitor
set, and recurring citation sources — and is what you need before comparing
months, judging progress, or allocating budget.
- How to help AI answer your buyers' questions:
— AI assistants don't rank pages; they compose one answer from sources they
can parse and trust. The practical goal of GEO is therefore helping the AI
answer the buyer's question using you, via three pillars. (1) Machine
legibility: server-rendered schema.org JSON-LD (Organization, WebSite,
WebPage/Article with dates, FAQPage, Service/Product, BreadcrumbList),
sameAs links that resolve your entity across profiles, complete OG/Twitter
tags with og:url equal to the canonical, meaningful heading hierarchy, and
llms.txt. (2) Question-shaped content: one page or section per real buyer
question, phrased the way buyers phrase it, with a direct extractable
answer in the first sentences. (3) Authority and credibility: named,
verifiable authors (Person schema + sameAs), concrete checkable facts
instead of filler, outbound citations, and consistency with directories and
review profiles. Verified by repeated AI visibility scans.
- Why ChatGPT recommends your competitors but not your business:
— AI systems recommend the businesses they can understand, verify, and
source most confidently. Five reasons competitors win: weak entity clarity,
a better review/reputation footprint, more consistent local citations,
stronger third-party mentions, and better citable pages. Includes a
20-prompt mini diagnostic (brand-direct, category, problem, and
comparison/local prompts; record mentioned/recommended/cited, sources,
competitors, sentiment) and a what-to-fix-first map from each gap.
- AI visibility audit checklist:
— a repeatable audit is a prompt x provider x competitor x citation-source
matrix, not a screenshot of one answer. Build a real buyer prompt set
(brand, category, problem, comparison, local), run it across ChatGPT,
Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI, and Claude, track mention/recommendation/
citation rates, share of voice, competitor frequency, sentiment, and
repeat-run volatility, classify cited source types, and turn source gaps
into a fix backlog with a 30/60/90-day plan.
- Local business AI search guide:
— local AI answers compress trust signals into a 3-5 business shortlist.
The layer that gets you on it: a complete Google Business Profile, review
volume/recency/specificity, consistent NAP citations, real service and
location pages with extractable answer blocks, LocalBusiness/Service/FAQ
schema, and third-party local mentions — each tied to a measurable scan
signal, with an explicit list of tactics to avoid (fake mentions, Reddit
spam, boilerplate city pages).
- Reddit and AI visibility (forums for GEO without spamming):
— Reddit influences AI answers because it holds conversational,
experience-based buyer content. The durable strategy: monitor buyer-intent
threads, answer genuinely where the answer stands without a link, build
deeper answer assets on your own site, and measure whether community
sources appear in AI citations over time. Spam, fake accounts, and
pretending to be a customer get removed and damage trust.
- What is AI citation share:
— mention share says whether AI names your brand; citation share says
which sources AI answers actually cite. Defines mention rate,
recommendation rate, citation rate, citation share, and source-type share,
shows how to calculate them across prompt/provider runs, and how to grow
owned and third-party citations.
- AI Overview vs ChatGPT vs Perplexity vs Gemini:
— there is no single "AI search" result: engines differ in retrieval,
indexes, browsing behavior, citation formats, location/context, and
freshness, so the same prompt returns different brands. Audits must split
metrics by provider; fixes differ per engine (Google AI: foundational SEO
and GBP/feeds; Perplexity: citable authoritative pages; ChatGPT: entity
clarity and web-wide consistency; Gemini: Google ecosystem presence).
- How to evaluate an AI visibility agency:
— measurement-first buyer guide: the questions to ask (prompt set,
providers, metrics, source URLs, repeat testing), the red flags (guaranteed
ChatGPT rankings, fake forum mentions, no source URLs, one-screenshot
audits, mass AI content), and the deliverables good work produces
(baseline audit, competitor/source map, citation gap analysis, fix
backlog, monthly measurement).

## Frequently asked questions
### What is AI visibility?
AI visibility is how often and how prominently your business shows up when people
ask AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google's AI for a
recommendation. As buyers increasingly start their research with AI instead of a
search engine, being named — and described accurately — is becoming as important
as ranking on Google.
### Why does AI visibility matter for my business?
When someone asks AI who to hire or what to buy, the answer often names just a
few options. If you're not one of them, you're invisible at the exact moment a
decision is being made. Most of that journey never reaches your normal
analytics. Referral reports and Google's generative-search reporting each
capture only part of it, so the lost demand is easy to miss.
### How is this different from a GEO or AI-tracking tool?
Those tools are dashboards: they show you raw numbers and leave the work to you.
We're a strategist-led service — a human tests the questions your buyers actually
ask, explains what the results mean, does the work to improve them, then
re-measures month over month.
### Does AI visibility replace traditional SEO?
No — it adds the missing AI layer. Traditional SEO is about ranking links; AI
visibility is about being named and described correctly inside AI answers, which
use different signals and sources. Much of the work also lifts classic search.
### Which AI platforms do you track?
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google's AI results today. We add new AI
surfaces as they become relevant and measurable, and test the same prompts
across each so results are comparable.
### When will I see results?
The diagnosis is immediate. Fixes compound over months: on managed engagements we
usually look for the first visible movement in AI answers over 4-6 months, and
re-measure each month so progress is provable.
### Do I need to give you logins?
No. The free check and ongoing reporting use public information only. For
hands-on fixes we may ask for access to your website or Google Business Profile —
only when you're ready, and only for what's needed.
### What factors influence AI visibility?
Content quality and authority, brand mentions across the web, reviews and
ratings, social proof, demonstrated industry expertise, and clean structured
data. AI systems also weigh recency, relevance, and trustworthiness.
### How do you measure AI visibility improvements?
We run a consistent set of buyer-style prompts and track mention rate, position,
sentiment, and share-of-voice against the competitors AI already names. You get
before/after snapshots and a scorecard, with the same prompts repeated so
changes are comparable.
### What data sources do AI models use?
Website content and structured data, business directories and citations (Google
Business Profile, Yelp, industry directories), reviews and ratings, news and
press, social presence, and authoritative third-party mentions.
### How often do AI model responses update?
There is no fixed refresh schedule — providers, indexes, source crawls, and
retrieval modes all differ. The ranges below are what we have observed in our
own engagements, not a guarantee: real-time details sometimes refresh within
days; reputation signals have often reflected within one to two weeks;
structural changes have taken two to four weeks or longer. Because a single
observation can be run-to-run noise, we re-measure on a fixed prompt set and
report what actually moved.
### What technical changes do you make to my website?
Structured data (Schema.org), tighter titles and meta descriptions, clearer
content and information architecture, clean indexing and crawlability, and
FAQ/Q&A markup where it helps. Everything follows best practices and benefits
both AI visibility and traditional SEO.
